LOOKING FOR A
Ok, look at our work, look at us, now; would you like to work with us? If that is the case, here’s what we need and why:
:: We need a great visual designer. The kind of designer obsessed over typography, layout and color. There is one, maybe two of these in every design class. The one who was a nerd about photoshop, Illustrator and whatever the Adobe Creative Suite put out in the world. The one who’s project’s got picked in class. The one who’s work was always thoughtful and mature.
:: We need somebody who is interested in print, digital, video, brand design, direct marketing… We don’t mind if the person has NO experience doing it, we are happy to provide that, but the interest needs to be there. We LOVE every single medium. With the right creative approach, any brief can be fun.
:: We need somebody who can think. Who can seat around a table with a group of creatives and is ready to have fun thinking campaigns for some very cool clients.
:: We are ready to offer: A very special working environment. Casual, energetic, and fun (this is something we take very seriously).
:: Work closely to a team of senior creative directors, copywriters and designers. We need the person to learn and learn fast and we know the culture we are creating will be a great school for any creative mind.
:: An open environment where the person will be able to work on diverse projects: Print, brand design, video, digital, social media…
:: A very honest environment.
:: Speaking Spanish is a great plus since we often work for the U.S Hispanic market.
:: We just don’t care if you are guy, straight, trans, bi, African American… As long as you are not an asshole we are good (As stated before, fun is important, assholes suck the fun out of life. Doesn’t matter if you are very, very good, if you are not nice, please don’t apply)
