:: We need a great visual designer. The kind of designer obsessed over typography, layout and color. There is one, maybe two of these in every design class. The one who was a nerd about photoshop, Illustrator and whatever the Adobe Creative Suite put out in the world. The one who’s project’s got picked in class. The one who’s work was always thoughtful and mature.
:: We need somebody who is interested in print, digital, video, brand design, direct marketing… We don’t mind if the person has NO experience doing it, we are happy to provide that, but the interest needs to be there.
